The Lazio dotted Malvasia is characterized by a thick skin which makes it suitable for drying. After a very late harvest we bring the grapes safely into a drying room to complete the process . The result is a wine with a good residual sugar and such an acidity that makes it very drinkable and never cloying. It goes well with blue cheese.
