The Pas Dosè Classic Method is an exception to the rule of enology for bubbles. It is produced with the union with traditional blends of our areas: Malvasia and Sangiovese. The majority percentage is Malvasia, which gives aromas, elegance and finesse, with a good percentage of Sangiovese, which brings structure and power and freshness.

The wine rests for a period of 24 months on the lees and gives beautiful floral and fruity notes, with a pleasantly ripe and rich sip, supported by lively acidity.
